Hi Inbal, Did any of this help you? I seem to have exactly the same problem. The print command (Command-P) or using the printer icon in the ribbon seem dead - nothing happens.

This is only in Word (version 16.9.1 (180125). The latest Office 365 updates for Excel, PowerPoint etc all print fine. The 'Page Setup' thing doesn't work for me. I rebooted in Safe mode and the print command still did not respond. Strangely though after I restarted and reopened Word it printed but resumed to not responding after that initial print.
