The best program for burning on a mac is Toast. It should be compatable with.cdi images but just in case I would check the program specs.

Dragging the.cdi file to the cd icon will simply write the file to the disc, not create a playable dreamcast cd. If the mac recognizes the.cdi file as a cd image it will allow you to burn it using the OS, but you really should be using a seperate program like Toast to do this. If you have access to Xp/Vista, Alcohol 120% is the best program for burning any game image.

If you have an intel mac- just run parallels so you can use discjuggler in xp. It is so crazy easy to do, and you'll save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration. I thought fuck it and tried it with the saturn games and it worked perfectly. The thing about a Dreamcast game is that it can be up to 1 GB in size, which is more than a CD. So they can't always create an image for the disc. Sometimes it needs to be chopped up some.
